Funny you should ask.........starting after the first of the year on a 61 Impala 348 car and after that we are changing tops on a 62 Impala to make a "bubble top"...using a 61 Buick top...It will get the 425hp 409. Along with those two will be another 62 Impala in for floors...it is already sporting a BBC...396/454 type.

Me too.........We have a couple of 62 Impalas sitting back there...and the 61 Buick was bought just for the top........but it will also give up some of it's floor for the 61 Impala and the rest will go into another 62 Imp. Anyone need some nice quarters, doors and fenders for a 61 Buick Invicta?..........cheap. There are about 40 Brand X cars on our back lot...all for sale...just tell me what you are looking for in a Chebby. A few Firebirds..all early stuff...nothing past 73 or so..........55/56/57 Chevys?...........I think there are 6 or 7 back there, not counting what is in the building.

I can't believe you are destorying another Buick. That Buick would have been a legal NSS car even with the late model engine. Seriously, if you want to sell the rest of it, get on V8buick.com and you should be able to move it. It is one of the largests Buick sites and I have had good luck buying and selling on it.
Oh, give me a PM on the worms.

Everything back there is buildable. There may be one 66/7 Deuce that may be only a parts car. And...anyone want a Jag?..............xjs sitting back there...I am thinking of pulling the front and rear suspension out of it and junking the rest. We spent a few hours yesterday putting all of the sheet metal back on the 46 GMC panel...It is the same from 39 thru 46 for the cab and I had a 39/40 front end so it now sits in front of the shop with a 40 front end and looks great...
For sale............39/46 GMC 3/4 ton Panel truck...if anyone is interested, email for pictures.
Doug, I think there are 4or five 55s, 1 56 and a couple of 57s..it changes every week or so........a lot of cars move thru our back lot. Just sold a 55 frame to go under a convertible and another is coming in this week.

We have NO trim for this car...only sheet metal..but it is dam near perfect. Jim, it would cost more to find and buy the trim, put a Buick engine in it and the interior than it's worth..although I do have a Buick engine and trans sitting here. Mark

Guys up here would do about anything to get their hands on a 55-57 chevy that is not one big giant rust pile.

Just heard from David that he found all of the glass and roof trim for the Buick/Chevy top. We start cutting tomorrow.
Poppaj, most of the tri 5s down back are buildable......most have all of the trim and good floors. As of today there are 2 hardtops, one 4 door and the rest are 2 door post cars. We also have a nice convertible but a sale is pending on that one.
