And perhaps it would be helpful to say, in a general way, the rules are written with a context that has a beginning, middle and end, which goes out and then comes back together to describe what an NSS car should be.
When done correctly, that style brings everything being covered back into a connected, complete idea which covers all the effects trying to be achieved.
It just can’t all be done in one sentence.
And also, just saying in general, clarity doesn’t always happen because sometimes people read different meanings into things based on their own perspectives or just don’t agree on what is ‘correct’ or we’re working with a document that has existing problems; there are many things that go ‘wrong.’
And then when you get it ‘right,’ something new comes along, conditions change and that’s why there always needs to be a practical process to review and then revise if necessary to accomplish a ‘better’ effect.
As Mark as commented in the past, the rules need to be read completely, every word, phrase and punctuation – and I will add - in context. And then we need to keep the communication going because, as best we can be, that’s how we all are connected.

Thanks Man, I have never even heard of an aerosol carburetor, learn something new everyday.
I have no problems with the rules and I see what you mean, For the FX Chevy, fuel induction is covered in Three different places.......strange to me to not write them in the same are, but probably normal for everyone else.
Hope to see Y'all at a track soon, For now it will be with my single 4bbl.

I have a plan..........
Plan A.........get Damon to have his intake foundry build one for the Chebbys.
Plan B.........Cut and weld one of your own design

With a little port matching, one of those just may work.

There is a reason there are lots of them for sale. We had one once but it has been sold too. It would not out do my old inline 1969 cast manifold Offy), even after lots of work on a flow bench by people that know what they were doing. Was 13hp short of what I have now and did not have the drivibility. Jim N.
P.S. Yes I had it on a Bui8ck.

I was going to buy one of those but I had a guy measure what would be the clearance from the bottom of the intake to the top of a valve cover at the point it would cover up your valve cover. According to the guy trying to sell it, it wouldn't clear non stock higher valve covers.

Than was one thing on the Buick the valve covers were no problem since we were using adaptor plates to make it work. It lookied killer but just would not perform and was going to be hood clearance issues also. Jim N.

Why not just use a e-brock tunnel ram and make the cowl hood taller I am still trying to figure out how a cowl hood is legal on an early chevelle or a biscayne/impala, not that it matters but does not look period correct.
