Here is the flyer for our Chandler race on July 16th. We have alot of Mopar and Chevys but we need some Fords. Remember your $50 entry goes to Santa Clothes Club. Last year we raised over $3200 for this local charity. The purse has increased with the addition of a second chance race for 1st round runner ups in the main race. Dallas will be there if his car is ready in time. I get the word tomorrow on my surgery date -- and I'm trying to have it early enough to be at the Dave Duel Classic.

Doug hope it is a great race. Would be there but Cindy and I are leaving at 3am in the morning for a mission trip to Hondarus for 2 weeks. Will see all at Bowling Green if we make it back ok.

I stopped by Kenny Grishams house Sat afternoon, he's coming to Chandler, don't know what he's bringing probably the bubble top, he's got 3 cars he could bring. I will be there with my 65 ply, see you all there. Wedgedave AKA dave isom

Dallas will be leaving Thursday. I have to do a chest X-ray and EKG on Friday -- so I won't be there.

Gabe and I are gonna be there.
We arrived before 9:00 AM last year, which was about 5 hours too early! Doug, what time do you think things will REALLY get kicked off?
First time trail last year was a total waste of fuel and rubber. So, based on your past experiences, what time do you think the track will be ready to go down?

Gabe's still bummed out about NO PRO TREE! He says all us geezers are just too old and slow, to get off a .500 pro tree, ;D that's why you changed it!

Good news Gabe will get over it. Gates will open at 9. We can also get you in there Friday night. This track can be slippery during the day. But it does fine in the late afternoon. I bracket raced there Saturday in my Cuda and went 1.36 60 ft going 6.44. Test and tune starts at noon. We will get 2 time runs first at 4 then the second 5ish. First round 6:30ish. BBQ dinner after round 1! Good Luck chasing the Chandler Cup!

Good local press. Hope it brings out a flock of die-hard and new spectaters!
Just hope it cools down. It was 105 today, with a heat index over 120. I got too hot and heat too quit early! I still can't even type, I'm wearing spell-chuck out!
