It was penciled in earlier this year, but after the Commerce debacle, I figured NMCA didn't know how to run more than one race at a time! So I erased it (but it is still faintly visible).
AND, with it being the week after HRR, I doubt I'll make it.
If I went there and there was a hundred oil downs and wrecks (like Commerce), I think I'd puke!
I know hey were trying to run three races in Commerce (NMCA, NMRA and LS) but, sorry, I'm gun shy........

Responded too soon. Was thinking of Milan but Joliet is just a 6 hr. drive and plan on being there also.

Commerce times two -- as there will be twice the cars. This will be the four years in a row we've gone, and I served in the Military -- so I'm use to "Hurry Up and Wait"

I just love driving 1300+ miles in the rain to have it rain all day Friday and Saturday and then cloudy Sunday -- especially when they do the combined NMCA/NMRA Superbowl. Get there early because the 75% having to pit in the grass are going to have a mess after that many days of rain. We sure could use that rain here instead.
