got it now.
As usual magazine articles leave a lot to be said or said wrong....Yes, Ken did blast it and prime it, but in Arkansas, not Texas, Damon built the engine and changed the seats, tuned it up and got it running, but the rest of that car was built in Frisco, Tx.....and I mean all of it. Most of it was dam sure custom built and most of it is a one off including the lexan, headers, interior and much more.

Mark I gave them ten times the facts that they printed -- and they condensed it to what you see. However --- I did my very best to ensure that you all got a plug. I'm sorry it disappoints.
I also don't remember saying it would do eights -- but that I hoped to someday get it into the 8s.
However that said -- I think it was a good half page plug for you, Damon, Ken, and MoparStyle. It isn't easy to get magazines to give shout outs -- as they'd prefer to use the limited space to tell people about the individual part brands making up the car.

Yea, I know Dave............Parts shout outs?.............I agree completely IF they were free........but if you have to pay thru the nose for them, screw the suppliers.......and give the credit to the many people that put the package together and yourself for the concept.
And yes, any ink is good for our segment of the racing, hot rod, muscle car industry, especially NSS.
I fully understand how mag articles are done and how much editing is done at the magazine's discretion...it's all to fill in so many slots in a format and to hell with everything else within reason.
