I believe their biggest problems are the multiple owners of the ground underneath the track, and Dover Downs mismanagement of the facilities.

It looks like the PBIR group is in the hunt for aquiring Gateway, now to see if things fall in place for an opening this year, or having to wait til next year.

Looks like the facility may have been sold to a St. Louis area group. Will know soon!
