hi, i am new to this site and have a project that i am working on. with hope that it will fit into A/FX class. the car is a 1965 dodge coronet, with an all aluminum KB injected on alcohol. 727 trans ,no brake, dana w/4 link, cm cage. glass hood,fenders,doors,trunk,bumpers. will be running soon. ;D

Sounds good to me.Is it an altered WB? All the mods fit the rules,as long as the cage,and driver is certified,bring'er on.

no it is not awb, i just sold a 1970 GTX that had the rear moved foward 6". i just had the cage worked on, i will have to work on the driver.

What type of Injection -- Hilborn type?

yes, its a hilborn stack injection (2 7/16). set-up by Kinsler. all under the scoop. steve.

i had them through the hood before, i had a rock find its way in from anouther racers burn out. so i want to see how it goes with this set-up. how much clearence should i have from the top of the horns to the scoop? steve.

Are then going with a Suregrip or Detroit locker instead of a spool? I think a spool for street use is too hard on the car (and dangerous) and a Detroit Locker or Suregrip/Posi is too fragile to race.

it has a spool in it, i dont plan on any long trips just around town to get the bugs out.

Love it.........but .....read the NMCA rules...anything allowed in the F/X rules means that no matter what, it MUST at least declare a 9.75 index............rock n roll

You have to have it hosted somewhere like the free services of Photobucket or Picasa and then use the img code
