Mopar Nats

Hope most NSS racers within reasonable distance will be at the Nats next week. I would think there will be around 40-50 cars in this class. We are cutting it real close as we are dynoing the motor tomorrow and putting it in on Wednesday. Weather is supposed to be dry and hot. I hope they prep the track halfway decent as we have had trouble getting ample traction there this year. Also they have planned a huge cruise and festivities at the courthouse square in nearby Newark, it should be a great time. Newark/Heath want the Mopars in their towns, unlike the Reynoldsburg/Brice Rd. butthead police that hav been trying to crush the cruising for the last 5yrs.

I attended the Mopar Nats every year since 1990. I went to both Mopar Nats held at Indy and the Indy Cops and the IRP Staff were the biggest buttheads I have ever seen....and I have seen some buttheads in my time! I have been back to National Trail one time since then. It is a great SHOW but the racers get jacked around. Everyone needs to go once.
