Sorry for the lack of updates, we where having to much fun last night, but he is what happenned.
The semi final match up was Furgye Meece
mulilenbein Bye
In the 1/4 finals Mulienbein broke the rear end and the Semi final run between Furgye and Meece become the the final. Both cars are NSS/D cars. The two decided to run heads up no breakout. Meece had a better light but Mike Furgye ran him down. Meece went 7.01 and Furgye went 6.85. Congrats to Mike Furgye on winning the Chandler Cup and dedicating the win to his father who recently passed away. The race went very well, even though are car count was down we had a great show. We lost eight cars at the last minute but we still had 20 strong cars for first round. The track had even more spectators than last year with stands filled on both sides of the track. The final tally is not in yet but we raised over $ 2000 for Santa Clothes club. Thanks to all that attended and to those who sent donations but could not make it. We will do this again next year.
Thanks, Doug Duell

Congrads to Furgye! Another win to go with his '09 HRR victory. Those "one point twenty one gigawatts" of power was working well!
Thanks to Doug Duell for putting on the event and feeding us dinner!
Great cause. Santa Clothes Club.
We had a blast! Can't wait till next year.
Old guys better watch out when the kid takes over the wheel full time! If it wasn't for the .002 breakout at 5 cars, Gabe had his eye on the winners cup! He was mowing the tree down!
Got home at 4:00AM.
