I am trying to get the car ready to run NSS at the Hot Rod Reunion. My plan is to put my dad in my car. ( 66 Dodge Coronet ) I have a question though. If I cant get the 2x4 intake on it AND TESTED in time, how bad is it if I show up with an Edelbrock 800 on a single plane? If time allows, it will have the 2x4 intake on it, I just dont know that it is at this point. Attachments:

I don't think they'll let the car run with a single 800 -- but you can call and ask.

This was off the evansville chrysler site. I meant to put this in my other post.
•Chrysler Wedge; Inline or cross-ram 2x4 or single 4bbl intake with Carters, AFBs, or Edelbrock Performers.
I had the 2x4 intake on it when I ran NSS at Atlanta several years ago, but it hasnt been touched since then. Plus this is a totally different engine combination.

If you are running a Wedge you can run a single Edelbrock or AFB. You CANNOT run a Holley. Thanks, Doug Duell

It is a wedge. Everything else about the car is legal and in the spirit of the era. ( hood scoop, full interior, etc.) I dont want to run the single edelbrock, I just may not have a choice with time constraints.

Usually we run NMCA rules like Doug says. Do your best to make this event, its the best race we attend each year. More Nostalgia cars, Hot Rods, Street rods, Nostalgia Race cars in one place than you will ever see anywhere. Its a great old track, Hot, Humid , Crowded, lots of nonestop action, you won,t regret attending even if you can,t race.

All right boys and girls... Who's headed to Bowling Green this week?
Looks like another hot one, but the forcast does say it's about 5 degrees cooler than last year.
I haven't ran all year, and I'm ichin' for some passes.....

I had a flood at my lake house -- and will spend my father's day weekend moving out -- so it can be repaired and sold

I'll be there with the '60 Plymouth running an index class they call top stock, kind of like NMC.
