I fixed your link and welcome aboard.
Nice looking car -- but
I don't think a 460 would be legal -- but I'll defer to the many Ford guys You'd want a little more than a 4pt bar to really take it racing. It appears to be a street car in race trim -- or at least more of a fast street car than a true NSS car.
I guess it all depends on what you want to do with the car -- and how fast you want to go.

Thanks for your input, Dave. I am just a guy that wants to look fast, I guess. I would like to have a street car that I could race in NSS. I am looking at this and the 63 plymouth I also posted on. I have been looking for a year and these are the only two cars I have seen that I like (or can afford). Also now looking at a '33 Willys street rod for sale locally near me. Not what I have been looking for but how often do you see a 33 Willys? If it had a straight front axle, I'd buy it.

from 1st blush, my guess is that the Plymouth would be the least expensive to make NSS legal and run in the slower classes. Very few cars running NSS are also on the street. I can't think of a one.
If you want to go NSS racing -- call Mark and talk to him. He built my Big Red Ram and is building my 60 Plymouth wagon.

Put in a FE engine and run it. Don't have to have a roll bar until you run faster than 11.50. That's NSS/D.
I like it. Price seems good to.

I have an nss/d car I drive on the street(car cruises and shows ice cream runs) Its fun but can be expensive--gas tires shocks insurance-blew a radiator hose last year. The tempature gauge never went up(no water) Went to route 66 and they waved me off the track in eliminations. Blowing water outa catch can. I had cracked a head and was about $2,000.00 poorer. Woulda not did that much damage at the strip. O WELL
