The Marriot and Holiday Inn on Wilkinson Trace Rd are very nice hotels and 10 minutes from the track.

We stayed at the Country Hearth Inn a few years ago (at the Hot Rod Reunion). It was clean, had a good ice machine and was reasonable. It's right beside the vette museum, classic car dealer, across from the entrance to the Vette factory and Hardees (biscuit and gravy for breakfast!).

If you filled out the form and got a confirmation message instead of an error message, then you're in.

Tommy you are registered. Right now we have 59 cars preregistered. I think we are going to have 80-90 cars, can we get 100?

I'm betting Crazy Larry won't make it through NMCA tech if he still runs a Lenco. I like ole Crazy Larry miss seeing him. I don't recall hearing from the Asphault Elephant the Asphault Angel.

The guy that owns the Asphalt Angel was in some type of accident I heard and was badly burned according to a post on another site, don't know this for sure. I know the Chicago group is coming. I doubt Danny Smith is going to be there found out today he fell off of a roof and got bruised up pretty good. There is quite a few new cars running this year maybe a few of them will show up. 100 cars has a nice ring to it. Didn't Grinwald always supply the beer from Miller brewery where he worked? That would be a disaster if there was no beer to go with Saturday night's dinner poppaj

Grinwald owns a Ford dealership. I think the Miller thing was originally set up by Dave Duell but I think that was A St. Louis deal

Nah is was set up by the guy who runs the asphalt angel, Rich i believe. Another Nostalgia Super Stock Inc. guy, he was the one who got burned I believe and I hope he is doing well. He is also the one that supplied the beer, it was from Miller as thats where he worked for many years. Talked to him last year at the Monster, hell of a nice guy.

Well that might be the case (Rich Berlisk) working for Miller, I just knew that John Grinwald owns a Ford dealer. Both are real nice guys and I hope Berlisk is OK.

Just saw those guys at a POCI (Pontiac) drag race at BG a couple weeks ago. Talked to Grinwald and he and his buddies will be at Norwalk for the Pontiac Nationals like me. Got to get the DDclassic date changed for 2012.
