I'll start it. Who's gonna be first?

Who's going? Who's not? Who's got a hard luck story? Weather up-dates?

I spent Saturday piddling on the car and cleaning out the trailer. I'll be leaving Thursday afternoon. See ya Friday, bright and early.

Was planning on going and now am whimping out. Got thinking about the 850mi drive in the pickup. Did get the car out and changed the oil yesturday and finally watch the last of the snow melt from my yard.

Motorhome and trailer washed; new shocks on the black car; underside of orange car clean and painted, and new freeze plugs in every freeze plug hole!; car, golf cart, and supplies loaded up; and fresh water tank full & sewage tanks empty.

Getting groceries and hair cut tomorrow -- and leaving at first sun on Wednesday. A little over 900 miles -- expecting to be there noonish Thursday.

I too need a good showing in Atlanta. I want to win so bad I can taste it!

Weather looks like Thunder Storms Friday Night and Saturday -- clear Sunday. Make your Qualifying passes count as you might not get all three.

Have car all ready and tested at Us 43 the last two weekends. Have new motorhome (new for me 2006 w/7,000 miles). All looked good until they start the habbitat project I'm apart of on Sat. Also was facing an early morning Vanderbilt Hostipal appointment for the wife Monday. Will have to let another one go by. You'll have FUN, HEAR!

She has had a problem with her vocal cords getting very tight for some time now. Luckly, Vanderbilt is one of the few places you can get treated for this. Reason I think is because they treat so many music industry people hear. She just has to have an injection in the vocal cords twice a year. Deal is you have to get the appointments months in advance. It also makes her where she can barely talk or be hear for 2 weeks or so after. Thanks for asking about her Mark.

That was Damon asking about Cindy.

So you can't hear her for two weeks. Do they have a branch here is Houston I can take my wife?

Good luck to her -- and hopefully we'll see you at Race #3

Left at 9:30 this morning. Just turned the driving over to Dallas. Gone 725 miles with 175 to go. Talked to Doug this morning. He was planning on leaving at 5pm and driving until midnight.

Be careful of those dam cross winds coming up that valley in Commerce..........WJ just rolled his pro stocker this week there because of it. I have many, many passes at that track and ya gotta be careful going into the traps..........Sometimes that wind comes blowing up that valley at a pretty good clip.............

Well we got to bed at 2:30 and had Barry bang on the door at 6Am getting the dog all riled up. I guess Dallas shouldn't have written "For a Good Time" and Barry's number on the back window of Barry's race car.

Doug texted me at 7 eastern to say he'll be here at noon and too save him a spot.

Looks to be about 25 racer rigs here in staging so far.
